To keep manufacturing costs down, C & J has an in-house  mould shop.  Our moulds are made with the latest version of Mastercam X2 cam software. We offer in house design services using the most recent version of AutoCAD, making the design process easier by eliminating the need to deal with multiple vendors.

Our typical steps in producing cast iron permanent moulds are:

• Create drawings for your design

• From these drawings, create a layout for the part to be cut from cast iron

• Then a computerized 3D model is made with cam software, to creating precision CNC paths

• Cast iron is cut on our CNC machine based on the 3D model

• After CNC machining the mould is ready for pouring aluminum castings

Since the company's establishment we have been producing all types of patterns and moulds.
